Immediately following the Premier League rule change and the ‘powerful’ agreement, Peter Silverstone delivered a message to Newcastle United.
Newcastle United has announced an expansion of its commercial partnership with InPost.
Newcastle and the parcel delivery service formed a partnership in December of last year, which resulted in the installation of custom containers at St James’ Park.
By providing consumers with the option to have their deliveries sent to any InPost locker throughout the country, InPost has become an essential component of Newcastle’s new e-commerce offering.
InPost has been actively involved in the local community since partnering with Newcastle, supporting the club’s mental health engagements and collaborating with the Newcastle United Foundation.
“Consequently, this partnership has been a resounding success for both parties and is a testament to the extraordinary spirit that has been rapidly established with InPost.”
“InPost is currently experiencing an extraordinary journey as one of the fastest-growing businesses in Europe, and we are enthusiastic about the prospect of advancing our mutual aspirations for success and expansion.”
“We take great pride in surpassing our partners’ service expectations, and I am thrilled that InPost has acknowledged this in their decision to extend our partnership.
” Premier League clubs that are intent on combating the Premier League Profitability and Sustainability Rules must prioritise commercial partnerships and revenue.
The Premier League has recently conducted a thorough examination of commercial partnerships and associated party transactions, as clubs voted on modifications to APT regulations last month.
Newcastle was one of four clubs that voted against the proposed alterations, with Manchester City currently battling the Premier League, deeming the rules “unlawful.”
InPost, a Polish corporation, is not directly affiliated with Newcastle’s owners. Nevertheless, the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund is associated with other partnerships, including Sela and Noon.com.
