Dan Campbell analyses each new Detroit Lions coaching appointment. Detroit Lions coach Dan Campbell made his first media appearance on Tuesday since the team finalised their coaching staff for the 2025 season.

Detroit’s coaching staff encountered numerous personnel changes, including the replacement of both coordinators and six additional instructors who were promoted to other positions.

Certainly, he has a rapport with Gibbs. I anticipate that Montgomery will appreciate him. Tyler Roehl, the

TE instructor “A young man who worked as a coordinator at North Dakota State before becoming the running backs coach at Iowa State.” I was in direct contact with him when I interviewed him two years ago. This year was the appropriate year. Bruce Gradkowski and Marques Tuiasosopo, offensive assistants “I was astounded by the experience of sitting down with both of those individuals, man.”

They were, you know, I always think of it as no different than players like those people belong to us, you know? They are a part of us. I felt the same way during the interviews with Tuiasosopo and Gradkowski. It was as though, “Man, these individuals are meant to be here.” They should be present with us, as I can already see that they are planning to depart.

He is a diligent worker who possesses a strong understanding of the game and the scheme, and he is also well-versed in the fundamentals, which he employs to take on his opponents.
