Mike Tyson engaged in an acrimonious exchange with Donald Trump following reports that he was having an affair with his wife.

Following his electrifying performances in the ring, Tyson transcended the sport and enjoyed a legendary professional boxing career.

He became a cultural phenomenon and formed friendships with numerous high-profile celebrities, such as Trump, who attended numerous of his bouts.

To this day, Tyson and Trump remain friends, and the boxing legend voted for his friend in the most recent presidential election in the United States.

Before the 2016 election, Tyson stated of Trump, “He respects my family and shakes my hand when I see him.” No one else, including Barack [Obama], does that. They will remain true to their nature and disregard my family and me.

So, I am casting my vote for him. I will vote for him if I can secure the support of 200,000 individuals or more.

“He asked, ‘Could I ask you, are you f**king my wife?'” the book quotes Trump as saying.

Tyson referred to the punch he delivered to Trump upon entering his New York office that day as “the best punch I have ever thrown in my entire life” in his autobiography.
