In order to acquire Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra, Manchester United is prepared to make a bid of up to €25 million

During the current trade window, Manchester United could look for a new midfielder.

This summer has been good for the Red Devils. They have already signed some well-known players.

The club’s attack should be better next season with Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo on the field.

In order to acquire Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra, Manchester United is prepared to make a bid of up to €25 million
One of manager Ruben Amorim’s top goals is to get a midfielder. According to the Spanish news outlet Marca, United want to sign Valencia star Javi Guerra the most.

The club already has a “verbal agreement” with the Spanish midfielder, and now they have an extra boost because the player turned down a new deal with Valencia that would have kept him there until June 2027.

This could make it possible for him to move in the summer. He has a €100 million release option in his contract, but the midfielder might not have to pay that much to leave Valencia.

Valencia has set a price of €27m because Villarreal are owed 30% of the profit from Guerra’s sale. United are willing to offer up to €25m for his services.

Guerra would be a great long-term addition.

The Spanish player usually plays in the middle of the field. Over the last couple of seasons, he has become a regular at Los Che, and his technical skill has impressed everyone.

In the league last year, Guerra made 1.4 stops and almost five recoveries per game. His work rate and ability to play different middle roles also caught our attention.

He used to play center or attacking midfielder for Valencia, but at the Under-21 European Championship, he played holding midfielder for Spain rather than attacking midfielder.

Even though Guerra isn’t a perfect midfielder yet, United may be interested in him because of how much promise he has. He has what it takes to be a good box-to-box defender.

He would be a great deal for the Red Devils at €25m or €27m. He could start out as a reliever or fill-in starter to learn the ropes before becoming a normal starter.
