CFL clubs announce 2025 team award winners
The nine Canadian Football League (CFL) teams have unveiled their team award winners, recognizing the players who have excelled and made the biggest impact throughout the season.
Selections were made by each club’s head coach along with local members of the Football Reporters of Canada (FRC). Voters were asked to identify players who best represented their team in the following categories: Most Outstanding Player, Most Outstanding Canadian, Most Outstanding Defensive Player, Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman, Most Outstanding Special Teams Player, and Most Outstanding Rookie.
The recipients now move on to the next stage of voting, where representatives from the East and West Divisions will be chosen and announced on October 30.
Those divisional winners will then compete for national honours at the CFL Awards, the flagship event of the Grey Cup Festival, set to take place on November 13 at the Club Regent Event Centre. The ceremony will be hosted by TSN’s Kate Beirness and CFL legend Milt Stegall.
