List of players who could hit free agency for the Blue Bombers in 2026

Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ Season Ends with Major Offseason Decisions Ahead

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ dream of hosting the Grey Cup came to an end on Saturday after a 42–33 loss to the Montreal Alouettes in the East Semi-Final.

The defeat snapped the club’s impressive streak of five consecutive CFL championship game appearances dating back to 2019. Despite finishing with a 10–8 record in 2025, it marked the Bombers’ lowest standing since 2015.

While franchise quarterback Zach Collaros remains under contract for 2026, many other key contributors are set to hit free agency — suggesting significant change could be coming as Winnipeg aims to rebound and return to Grey Cup contention next season.
