Derby County head coach John Eustace has provided an update on the squad as the Rams prepare to face Leicester City on Monday night, with Lewis Travis and Max Johnston both unlikely to feature.
Travis and Johnston have been working their way back from calf and hamstring injuries respectively and have recently returned to training.
However, the East Midlands derby is expected to come too soon for the pair, who both missed Derby’s 1–1 draw with Birmingham City on Boxing Day.
Travis did travel with the squad to St Andrew’s to support his teammates, but Eustace has suggested caution will be taken with their recoveries.
