Celtic’s winning goal against Falkirk on Wednesday night was correctly awarded, according to former PGMOL chief Keith Hackett.
Benjamin Nygren scored the decisive goal as Celtic edged out Falkirk 1–0 at Falkirk Stadium, securing back-to-back victories under Martin O’Neill.
While the performance was not entirely convincing, the result was enough to satisfy the Celtic manager as his side found a way to get the job done.
O’Neill only returned to the club last week, less than two months after stepping away following the appointment of a new manager, and the win continued a positive start to his latest spell in charge.
