Barcelona president Joan Laporta reveals four (4) key transfer decision to be made this summer after Girona open defeat (4-2)
The situation in Barcelona is once again tumultuous. There have been shockwaves sent throughout the club as a result of the recent dip that culminated in a humiliating 4-2 loss to Girona. President Joan Laporta is prepared to take harsh action as a result of this development.
As a matter of fact, Laporta has already made up his mind regarding five significant decisions that he will make this summer as part of the club’s plans to undergo a transformation.
Available for purchase is Frenkie de Jong.
The initial step that Laporta will take is to announce that Frenkie de Jong will be available for transfer.
Despite the fact that he was once thought to be untouchable, the Dutch midfielder is now surprised to find himself up for grabs. There is a possibility that this choice was made due to the high cost of De Jong as well as his inconsistent performance.
The fact of the matter is that the former Ajax starlet has the ability to command a premium value in the market, which may perhaps enable Barcelona to bring in some much-needed revenue and put the books back into balance.
Putting Araujo on the block
Ronald Araujo is yet another player who has been subjected to a great deal of criticism in recent weeks. The Uruguayan, who was formerly considered to be the future face of Barca’s defense, has recently found himself in a position of opposition at Camp Nou, particularly following his terrible performance against Paris Saint-Germain.
Consequently, Araujo might be permitted to leave as well, since Barcelona is prepared to consider any bids that Bayern Munich may make for the center back. Bayern Munich is also interested in the player.
Not sure what the future holds for Kounde.
Not just Ronald Araujo is being scrutinized, but other defenders are as well. Barca Universal has been informed by sources that the club is willing to consider Jules Kounde’s offer in addition to other potential proposals.
The fact that Kounde has not played poorly in and of itself does not change the fact that his age profile, in conjunction with his potential, might make him an intriguing target for a number of top clubs across Europe.
Because of this, Barcelona is willing to consider any offers that are made for Kounde, and they may even consider allowing him to leave the club if a promising deal is presented to them.
In order to revitalize, Roberto and Ferran
Two players at Barcelona, in particular, have received some encouraging news in the midst of a possible summer transfer window’s clearing out.
Uncertainty surrounds Lewandowski’s future
There is no one who is immune to criticism, not even the powerful Lewandowski. According to SPORT, the board of directors of Barcelona is reportedly debating the possibility of a revolution in the forward line, and they have even hinted that the club’s leading scorer might be traded away.
Lewandowski, who once played for Bayern, has not been able to match the form he had during the previous season. Additionally, his lack of consistency has resulted in a great deal of scrutiny from the Barcelona faithful.
In light of Lewandowski’s age and the current state of his contract, the upcoming summer presents Barcelona with a fantastic opportunity to find a replacement for him.
