FC Barcelona player Robert Lewandowski reveals future transfer plans as summer transfer windows approaches

It looks like the Poland striker is happy with his life at the Camp Nou. He has been one of the most reliable goal scorers in modern European football history.

Even though he is 35 years old, Lewandowski had another good season. He scored 18 goals in La Liga this time, making it another good year for Barcelona.

It remains to be seen if the forward who used to play for Bayern Munich and joined Barcelona in 2022 can keep up this level of production.

That production dropped this season when he went six games without scoring a goal. It looked like maybe old age was catching up with him, but he got his touch back and played well for the rest of the season.

FC Barcelona player Robert Lewandowski reveals future transfer plans as summer transfer windows approaches

He is well past thirty, as are a number of other important players on Xavi’s team. This makes me wonder when these people might need to be replaced, since decline with age can happen quickly.

We all know that the Catalan club doesn’t have a lot of money, so they will have to be very careful about who they hire this summer.

But it looks like Lewandowski will be able to keep leading the line for at least the next season or two. He is ready and willing to do so.

He has also been quoted as saying that Barcelona needs to win more prizes in the next season, which is what people in Catalonia always expect.

The task is getting tougher, though, because Real Madrid now has a team that looks almost unbeatable. They have put together a great group of young stars, and Kylian Mbappé, who might be the best of them all, is about to join them.

But football never stays the same for long. After all, remember that just a year ago, Barça were easily La Liga champions—by the same margin as Real Madrid this time—and looked like they were going to rule the world.

Also, it looks like Barcelona will always have a chance to win the title as long as Lewandowski is healthy and firing.
