“I certainly will be” – Scottish professional footballer mount pressure on Adam Idah to sign a permanently deal with Celtic F.C. as the 26-year-old defender sends a clear message

Because of how well he’s played since joining Celtic near the end of the winter transfer window, Adam Idah will likely make a permanent move to Glasgow over the next few weeks.

It’s hard to think of another player who has had such an effect on a club in only 19 games, but the Irish striker has scored nine goals, set up two others, and been a key part of winning a domestic double.

The late goals Idah has scored at Easter Road, Fir Park, and Hampden have been very important. Brendan Rodgers has called him a key part of the Hoops’ success this season.

The 23-year-old player has repeatedly said how much he loves Celtic, and the boss wants to bring him to the club permanently.

said in April that it would cost more than £6 million for the champions to sign the Cork native forever. Greg Taylor wants to make the deal happen.

He laughed, “I certainly will be, definitely,” when asked if he’ll be able to convince the striker to stay. The left back knows how important the striker has been in the second half of the season.

“He’s done a great job and made some huge contributions in games. I’m proud of him.”

“Don’t forget that he’s still young.” He had done really well at Norwich for a long time, but this is a new start for him, and I’m sure he’d want to stay.

“He’s scored goals in big games, and it’s also pushed Kyogo, who has reached a whole new level since Adam came in.”

“Adam has been great, and so have his goals. Together, they’ve made big, important contributions.” I’m proud of both of them.

“Idah is still very young.” Of course, it’s easy to forget that because he’s there. He has loved his time here, and I’m sure he would want to stay.
