Newcastle United player Kieran Trippier delivers a 20-word comment on his transfer link out of the club (St. James’ Park) this summer
Reports say that Kieran Trippier “wants to leave” Newcastle United this summer. This comes just a few months after Bayern Munich made offers for the defender but Newcastle turned them down.
It is said that Trippier “wants to leave” Newcastle United, which means that his time there may be coming to an end this summer. Trippier went to Tyneside in January 2022 and was the first player the club signed after it was bought out in October of that year.
He quickly became an important part of Eddie Howe’s first team, and during his first full season at the club, he was a big reason why they made it to the Champions League. Last year, though, he lost his form and had medical problems that made his season hard. Now that Tino Livramento has played a full season, it may be the end of his time as a regular on the first team.
“Did you feel uneasy? That’s not true. I try to block out all the noise because I’m a professional and have done this before.
David Ornstein said on Thursday, though, that Trippier wanted to leave Newcastle United and that Everton was interested in loaning the 33-year-old player. Sean Dyche is in charge of the Toffees. Trippier worked closely with Dyche when they were both at Burnley.
