The boss of the Algerian National Team, Vladimir Petkovic, just made it clear how bad Rayan Ait-Nouri’s injury is from the Manchester City vs. Tottenham game.
Ait-Nouri joined Man City from Wolves in the summer in a £34 million deal. He played well on his start against his old team, but his home debut against Tottenham did not go as planned because he got hurt in the first half.
Pep Guardiola said after the Spurs game that he didn’t know how bad the full-back’s injury was because he hadn’t talked to the doctors yet.
Since then, there has been no news about Ait-Nouri before Man City’s trip to Brighton. However, Petkovic has made it clear that the 24-year-old will play in Algeria’s next games.
