Al Nassr’s elimination from the Champions League results in Cristiano Ronaldo’s reaction, as the team concludes the season without a trophy. Cristiano
Ronaldo, the captain of Al Nassr, has issued an impassioned statement following their elimination from the AFC Champions League in the semi-finals. Ronaldo is expected to endure another season without a trophy in Saudi Arabia, following their 3-2 loss to Kawasaki Frontale in the final four of the competition.
In October of the previous year, Al-Nassr was eliminated from the King’s Cup. With five fixtures remaining this season, they are eight points behind the leaders of the Saudi Pro League, Al-Ittihad. Ronaldo expressed his gratitude to the fans for their unwavering support on social media as he continues to await his first significant trophy in Saudi Arabia.
Additionally, the 40-year-old expressed his admiration for his teammates, who exerted themselves to the fullest on the field. “Occasionally, the dream must be postponed,” he wrote on X. I am immensely pleased of this team and the contributions we made during the pitch.
