Arsenal player Declan Rice sends an exciting message to Mason Mount after Manchester United wins the FA cup finals against Manchester City

Declan Rice wished Mason Mount luck after he won the FA Cup with Manchester United over Manchester City.

After Manchester United’s Mason Mount won the FA Cup on Saturday, Declan Rice sent him a classy message. However, Arsenal’s reaction on social media was a bit less nice.

In a thrilling cup final at Wembley Stadium, Manchester United beat their city foes Manchester City. Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo pulled off the upset.

Jeremy Doku’s goal made Erik ten Hag’s finish nervous, but United held on to win their 13th FA Cup. Many people think their latest cup win was their best one yet, even though the odds were stacked against them.

Mount shared a bunch of pictures from the cup final after the game, including one of himself with his medal and the famous FA Cup. Putting an end to a frustrating 2023–24 with a prize, he wrote. Your help today, as it has all season, got us through it. Many thanks, United.”

Rice quickly told his friend how happy he was on Instagram by writing “Love it you” and adding clapping hands and a red heart emoji. Both players grew up together in the Chelsea school, but they have only played together for England.

In a different way, the official Arsenal account added to the FA Cup excitement. They played X minutes after the game ended at Wembley Stadium: “We have a legacy in the FA Cup like no other team having lifted the trophy a record 14 times.”

It was seen as a jab at their Premier League rivals, who still need one more FA Cup win to match Arsenal’s excellent record.
