Barcelona has selected four of its players for Spain duty, while a new member has been added to the squad.

It is official: A new member of the squad has been selected for Spain duty, in addition to four Barcelona stars. The most recent squad for the UEFA Nations League matches scheduled for November has been disclosed by Luis de la Fuente, the head coach of Spain.

On November 15, Spain will engage in a match against Denmark in Copenhagen, followed by a match against Switzerland in Tenerife on November 18. Marc Casado, a Barcelona player, is the most notable name among the announced names, as he receives his first-ever call-up to the national team. The midfielder has steadily worked his way into the limelight through his performances for Barcelona, and this opportunity represents an important milestone for him.

Three additional Barcelona players Another notable choice is Dani Olmo, the Barcelona attacking midfielder who is so versatile. Olmo has returned to the national team lineup following his absence from the previous squad due to injury.

It is anticipated that his return will provide Spain’s midfield with an additional layer of attacking threat and creativity.

His international experience and his performance at Barcelona render him an invaluable asset to de la Fuente’s strategy. Interestingly, Gavi, Barcelona’s young star, is not included in the squad roster. Gavi recently returned to action after sustaining a significant injury while playing for Spain last year.

The national team’s management appears to be cautious, likely allowing Gavi time to regain his best form before making a return to international matches, despite his recent return to action. Pedri and Lamine Yamal have been confirmed as members of the squad, in addition to other notable Barcelona players.

Pedri’s consistent performances and Yamal’s remarkable development this season are indispensable to Spain’s campaign. The inclusion of these players enhances Barcelona’s representation in the Spanish national team, as a total of four players are anticipated to wear the national uniform during the forthcoming Nations League matches.
