In response to the ‘awful’ end product that Alejandro Garnacho has produced, a former Manchester United player has urged that the club sell him this summer.
Garnacho has been a member of Manchester United since the year 2020, when he was acquired from Atletico Madrid. He is currently attending the renowned academy of the Old Trafford club to further his football education.
The 21-year-old player, who was born in Madrid but represented Argentina internationally, made his debut for United in 2022 and has since gone on to score 26 goals in 144 games since then. He is currently playing for Argentina.
During that span of time, he has been a member of the United teams that have succeeded in winning the League Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024.
Nevertheless, Garnacho was also a member of the United team that finished 15th in the Premier League the previous season and lost the Europa League final against Tottenham Hotspur. As a result, Old Trafford will not host any European football matches for the upcoming season.
After leaving Sporting CP, Ruben Amorim was hired by United in November to take over as head coach. He was hired to succeed Erik ten Hag, who had been fired.
