Breaking news: Six(6) main Barcelona players have been named to Spain’s UEFA Nations League team
The 2024–25 season for FC Barcelona ended last Sunday. Players will now take a short break before going to play for their national teams.
France and Spain will play in the semi-finals of the UEFA Nations League next month. The winner will move on to the finals.
Luis de La Fuente released the team list for the Nations League games ahead of the big game. As many as six Barcelona players are on the list.
For sure, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Dani Olmo, Pau Cubarsi, Fermin Lopez, and Gavi are all on the Spain team for the future games.
Gavi hasn’t been on the national team since November 2023, when he hurt his ACL. With this selection, he will be trying to make the most of his return.
But Inigo Martinez, Eric Garcia, Alejandro Balde, and Ferran Torres can’t play because they are still healing from surgery for appendicitis.
