What is the total amount that Celtic has earned in the Champions League?Celtic have already realised substantial financial gains as a result of their participation in the UEFA Champions League this season.

The Parkhead club was guaranteed €18.62m for their participation in the revamped league phase alone. Nevertheless, the club has received substantial bonuses from UEFA as a consequence of Brendan Rodgers’ team’s success on the pitch.

The Champions League provides clubs with benefits for wins and draws in the league phase, as well as additional incentives for league phase rankings after all matches have been played. Celtic has earned four performance incentives thus far in the tournament, with three matches remaining.

They have won twice, drawn twice, and lost once. Clubs receive a bonus fee of €700k for draws, while they receive €2.1m for victories. Celtic will receive bonuses comprising €5.6m in addition to their guaranteed participation fee.

Additionally, Celtic will receive a minimum payment of €275k, which is increased by the same amount for each position they achieve above the bottom of the league phase.

A bonus of €1 million would be awarded to Celtic if they advance to the knockout play-off round.

For clubs that reach the last 16 of the Champions League, a bonus of €11 million is available. Celtic have already earned £20.3 million based solely on the funds they have already secured.
