He takes a break from international discussion to ruminate on his time at Celtic after being enquired about whether he has ever scored with his first touch in his career. Sutton was a prolific striker at Celtic after Martin O’Neill spent £6m to acquire him from Chelsea in 2000.
Sutton scored 86 goals in 199 appearances for Celtic, including six against Rangers in the Scottish Premiership and 86 against Juventus and Lyon in the Champions League.
However, upon reflecting on his career, Sutton identified the goal he scored against Rangers in his first Glasgow Derby in August 2000, which Celtic won 6-2.
