Crystal Palace’s X account has sent a message to the Reds following the 2-2 draw with Arsenal, providing the most recent Liverpool news and speculation.

Liverpool has received a message from Crystal Palace following their stalemate with Arsenal, which has brought the Reds closer to securing the Premier League title.

The Gunners were held to a 2-2 stalemate with Palace at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night. Liverpool requires only one additional point to secure the title of Premier League champions, with five remaining matches.

Arsenal had taken the lead in the third minute with a header from Jakub Kiwior, but Palace equalised in the first half through Eberechi Eze.

Before the interval, the Gunners responded with a goal from Leandro Trossard, which secured all three points for the host team.

The visitors secured a 2-2 draw in North London after Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta scored in the latter phases of the match.

Although the draw brought Palace closer to the top 10 positions, it also means that Liverpool is even closer to winning their 20th league crown.

Liverpool will be crowned Premier League champions if they draw against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, as they were previously required to secure a victory.

Palace’s X (formerly known as Twitter) account sent a message to Liverpool following the contest at the Emirates. The post consisted of only three words: “You are welcome, Liverpool.”

Liverpool is still required to play Palace before the season concludes. The two teams are scheduled to meet at Anfield on May 25, which is the final day of the campaign.

The Reds have the opportunity to lift the Premier League trophy in front of an Anfield crowd for the first time after this game. Additionally, it would be Virgil van Dijk’s second significant trophy won as club captain, following the Carabao Cup triumph last season.
