Done deal: Rangers set medical date for incoming signing, announcement imminent

Rangers are poised to unveil their third signing of the January transfer window after finalising terms on another deal.

The Ibrox club began their business by snapping up Tochi Chukwuani from Sturm Graz for around £4 million, before confirming the arrival of Belgian full-back Tuur Rommens from Westerlo on Wednesday. Rommens has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract and will soon be joined by another new face under Danny Rohl.

Rangers have now completed an agreement with Wolfsburg for winger Andreas Skov Olsen. According to Florian Plettenberg, the Denmark international will join on loan until the end of the season, with an option to buy set at just over £8.5 million.

Skov Olsen has already departed Germany and is expected to undergo his medical in Glasgow on Thursday, with official confirmation anticipated within the next 48 hours.
