Eddie Howe has broken his silence regarding Newcastle United’s shocking injury news, stating that it is “really sad.”
Hall was out from Sunday’s FA Cup loss to Brighton due to a foot injury incurred during their 2-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield four days earlier. The club announced over the weekend that Hall would consult a specialist on his injury.

Newcastle United has confirmed via its website that defender Lewis Hall will be out for the remainder of the 2024/25 season due to a foot bone ailment. The 20-year-old sustained an injury during the Magpies’ Premier League match against Liverpool.
