English pundit Alan Shearer Raheem Sterling sends a shocking message to Raheem Sterling after being ruled out in the Chelsea vs. Manchester City match (0-2)

An old Newcastle United player named Alan Shearer told Raheem Sterling that he should look for a new team because he wasn’t even on Chelsea’s team for their 2-0 loss to Manchester City.

The Blues winger has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer because he has fallen down the Blues’ hierarchy. Sterling is upset, and Shearer says he gets that.

However, he denies any claims of lack of professionalism, pointing out that players like Pedro Neto, Mykhailo Mudryk, Noni Madueke, and Cole Palmer are ahead of him in the Chelsea queue.

“I’ve been told, Gary, that he trained all preseason and was told on Friday that he might be better off looking for a new club because they’re likely to bring in other people in his place,” the old Magpies player said.

“As hard as that is, and it will be very hard, because as far as I can remember, he hasn’t been unprofessional at all at Chelsea,” he said.

I think it would be pretty upsetting to be told that on a Friday after working so hard at that football club and playing a role in which everyone agrees on whether he was good, bad, or neutral.

However, Blues manager Enzo Maresca is still trying to reach a deal with the England player, even though he has left him out of the squad.

The Italian head coach said after the game, “All I can say is that it was a technical decision, and we will find out what it means.”

If a player wants to play for Chelsea, we want to see what we can do with them. There are 30 of us, but I want Raheem Sterling. Raheem, we’ll make it clear in the next few days.
