FC Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane heap praises on the new replacement of Robert Lewandowski at Bayern Munich
Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich in the summer of 2023 and has since been in exceptional form for the Bavarians. In 88 appearances for the club, he has tallied 80 goals and provided 24 assists.
In 43 appearances this season, Kane has augmented his career total with 36 goals and 12 assists. Kane has assumed the character of Bayern Munich’s attacking talisman, a position that was previously occupied by Robert Lewandowski for nearly a decade, until his departure to Barcelona in 2022. In 375 appearances for Bayern, the Polish striker scored 344 goals and provided 73 assists.
Harry Kane, however, has not allowed the club to experience Lewandowski’s absence since his arrival. Emmanuel Petit, a former Arsenal player, has praised Kane for his performance and refuted the idea that the Bundesliga is an easy league. He emphasised Tottenham Hotspur’s difficulties following Kane’s departure. Sambaslots was informed by Pettit.
Nevertheless, Harry Kane failed to secure a trophy during his inaugural season at Bayern Munich. Last season, Bayer Leverkusen emerged victorious in the Bundesliga. Kane is on the brink of winning his first major trophy of his professional career, as Bayern appear to be on track to win the domestic league this season.
