“Giannis is a child,” – Boston Celtics Shooting guard Jaylen Brown brutally blast Giannis Antetokounmpo with a strong statement After Celtics Win
The Boston Celtics are now 9-2 on the season after beating the Milwaukee Bucks in a comeback game on November 9. Giannis Antetokounmpo faked a handshake with Jaylen Brown after getting called for an offensive foul, which made things tense during the game.
When asked about the talk after the game, Brown was honest.
Brown told the press, “Giannis is a child.” “All I care about is getting my team a win.” That’s what we did tonight.
Antetokounmpo made more than one Celtic angry. When the Greek Freak closed out on a three-point shot, it made Jayson Tatum angry, too. The Boston star rolled his ankle. The refs did not make a foul call.
Tatum said of the play, “It’s a tough situation.” “I get my fair share of techs during the season, which is fair.” But there are some calls that I think you just can’t miss. It’s your job to keep the guys on the floor and the shooter safe. That’s something I could have been away from for six weeks or so…That (crap) is making me mad.
In Boston’s 113–107 win, Brown and Tatum scored 45 points, grabbed 17 boards, and passed the ball 10 times. Other than problems with Giannis, the Celtics had a pretty good day. They are now second in the Eastern Conference.
Tatum Makes News for Comments About the Olympics
The yelling from Boston’s wing pair after their win over Milwaukee wasn’t the first time this week. Tatum was once again asked about being benched in the Paris Olympics after the Thunder lost 118–112.
Fans began to think about what they think he should have done in response to that. Tatum doesn’t agree. Very much.
“People want me to use more volume, be meaner, or something else.” I will always do what the **** I want to do, that’s one thing about Jayson.
Tatum got his Gold Medal just like everyone else. And the way he started the 2024–2025 season shows that he’s taking everything personally as the Celtics start their title defense.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks are in a mess
When he talked to reporters after a 116-94 loss at Madison Square Garden on November 8, Antetokounmpo didn’t hold back. He said it, the Bucks “didn’t compete” with the Knicks.
The Greek star said, “Teams aren’t just going to give us games.” “They won’t feel sorry for us.” We have to fight for every single possession. For every lost ball, we need to put a body on the floor and put it on the line. We didn’t even try to fight.
The two-time MVP then questioned how passionate his Milwaukee teammates were about the game against the Celtics that was coming up.
He went on, “At least give yourself a chance.” “We played really well last night and came to New York.” We lose by 30 points when we come here. Are you okay with not taking part? I know that didn’t sit well with me. We have to get to Boston in two days. If we don’t play, we’ll lose by 30 points.
They lost by less than 30. It hurts just as much, if not more, to throw away a 17-point lead.
The next time the Celtics and the Bucks play is on December 6 at TD Garden. Expect more fireworks between the two teams vying for the Eastern Conference title.
