The Hoops are now 2-0 up against St. Mirren at Celtic Park, thanks to a goal from Kyogo Furuhashi. This is a big afternoon in the race for the title.
In the 60th minute, Alistair Johnston sent in a beautiful cross that found Kyogo in the box.
Because Johnston delivered the ball so well, the cross was pretty much ready for the Japanese scorer.
Johnston had already helped Reo Hatate score the first goal.
The Canadian right back is just as good in the attacking third. He has already set up two goals this afternoon.
The new thing Kyogo has added to his game this season is the ability to score headed goals, which he wasn’t able to do very often before.
Defenders on the other team are clearly having a hard time keeping up with his quick movement in the box. Johnston is especially good at spotting Kyogo’s smart runs into the box.
