“Has been Decided” – Celtic F.C. goalkeeper target Asmir Begovic break silence on his transfer to Celtic F.C this summer as Joe Hart replacement! YES OR NO? Answer Revealed
During his appearance on talkSPORT alongside Andy Goldstein and Darren Bent, the former Premier League champion when he was playing for Chelsea was questioned about the connection to Celtic. “I am currently looking at options, talking to obviously QPR and seeing what happens there, see what happens in the next few weeks, and it is still pretty early in the transfer window,” Begovic stated in an interview with talkSPORT.
There has been no decision made as of yet. I am working to maintain my physical fitness. Last year was a lot of fun for me, especially considering how many games I participated in.
The second part of the season was when we saw the most improvement in our team’s ability to work together. Let us decide whether or not we are able to maintain this group of players together, make another attempt at the next year, investigate what else is available, and then proceed from there. Following that, Begovic was questioned about which option he would choose if he had the choice between remaining in the south or playing football in the north.
Despite the fact that Brendan Rodgers is still looking for a reliable pair of hands to replace his legendary former number one, Celtic is still actively searching for Joe Hart.
After spending three trophy-filled years with Celtic, Hart decided to hang up his gloves and finished his career at Parkhead with a league and Scottish Cup double.
The contributions that Hart has made to the Celtic cause over the course of the past three years have collectively resulted in him receiving three Scottish Premiership crowns, two Scottish Cups, and two League Cups, as well as the affection of his teammates at Parkhead.
It is also important to remember that he was able to win the admiration of the Celtics fans all over the world. As a result, the next individual to come in will have a lot of expectations to meet.
In the midst of Celtic, Asmir Begovic is reportedly “considering his options.” Last month, there were rumors that Celtic were interested in Asmir Begovic, who is currently a free agent. These rumors came after reports stated that Celtic were looking into the player.
He continued by saying, “I am not going to answer all of those questions’ questions.” Let’s wait and see what follows. After hearing the opinions of a variety of individuals and, of course, observing how the market develops, I will then proceed to make a decision that is in the best interest of both myself and my family.
As he approaches the age of 36, Begovic is nearing the conclusion of a career that has taken him to a number of different clubs, including Stoke City, Everton, Bournemouth, and Queens Park Rangers, among others. At the very least, Begovic would provide a pair of safe gloves to fill a position in the team that is now full of uncertainty.
It is obvious that this would be a short-term solution if Celtic were to finalize this move; but, it would be a solution nonetheless.
