Newcastle United smashed it at Turf Moor, and there were many players who could have been named man of the match.

Burnley was swept aside by Newcastle United at Turf Moor, which was one of their best away games of the season.

As the game started, Burnley put some pressure on Newcastle, but Callum Wilson scored his second goal in as many games to put Newcastle ahead. Arijanet Muric blocked Isak’s shot 19 minutes in, and Wilson scored after that.

At the 35-minute mark, United doubled their lead thanks to a well-placed finish by Sean Longstaff from a cross by Jacob Murphy. This put Howe’s team in complete charge. Bruno Guimaraes scored a goal in the box with five minutes left in the first half thanks to a pass from Anthony Gordon. The score was 3-0.

Hunters’ Alexander Isak missed a chance early in the second half after Muric saved it, but three minutes later he made it 4-0 with a tap-in.
