Now, CeltsAreHere is reporting that the Scottish champions are on the brink of signing the rising Welsh sensation Osmand from Craven Cottage.

According to reports, the 19-year-old who has attracted the attention of Parkhead recruiters has already scheduled a medical.

Osmand, who scored 10 goals in 17 Premier League 2 appearances last season, is currently out of contract at Fulham. Consequently, the Double-winners will be able to acquire him for a modest cross-border compensation fee.

The gifted goalscorer is anticipated to join Celtic’s senior squad for pre-season, providing Rodgers with an opportunity to conduct a more thorough evaluation, provided that there are no medical complications.

Kyogo, a former Celtic idol, is currently on vacation in his homeland and is expected to make an emotive return to his former club, Vissel Kobe.

Kyogo has been unable to score in six appearances since his unexpected £10 million winter transfer to Rennes in France.

He has been declared surplus to requirements by the Ligue 1 club and has been blasted out under new manager Habib Beye.

This has resulted in the inevitable rumors of a swift return to Glasgow. However, it is improbable that Rodgers will authorize the supporters’ favorite to return.

Bournemouth has also been linked with his services; however, Kyogo will be making an appearance in familiar territory this weekend.

The 30-year-old will be in attendance at the Noevir Stadium Kobe for the Vissel Kobe vs Nagoya Grampus match on Sunday. He will salute the fans with a special half-time bow.

In Greece, indications indicate that Greg Taylor’s transfer to PAOK is not yet finalized.

Taylor accepted a two-year contract with the potential for an additional year of employment with the Greek organization, according to numerous reports on Monday.

Taylor is presently a free agent as a result of the failure of negotiations for a new contract at Celtic Park.
