He will not require an operation; however, Liverpool will assume responsibility for his rehabilitation upon his return tomorrow. It is truly unfortunate for him that the specialists will become involved and assume responsibility for this matter. “I believe that there is a bit of history behind it; it is not a spontaneous occurrence or an impact injury that occurred in the past two or three years.” It is a great loss, as he was performing exceptionally well for us; he is likely our most valuable player this season.
