Major reason Why Gabriel Magalhaes shouted at William Saliba druing Arsenal vs Wolves match class EPL
Gabriel Magalhaes was caught yelling at William Saliba during Arsenal’s win over Wolves in the Premier League.
Arsenal showed off a lot more of their attacking power against Wolves, who were no match for the passing display they were seeing. The six goals the Gunners scored against RC Lens last week showed promise and helped them stay on top of the league, but they couldn’t repeat the performance, which made for a tense ending.
Early on, there were more goals at the Emirates Stadium as Mikel Arteta’s team continued to show how good they could be both offensively and defensively. There were also VAR checks between the two teams that have been in the news the most.
The game took place on a Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m., so the TV cameras were only useful for people outside of the UK. But Football.london was at the ground to give you a look behind the scenes and see things that the cameras that were showing might have missed.
The low-block method
In the last few games, a plan has probably been seen more than in the past. Kai Havertz scored goals against Brentford and RC Lens by sending early crosses into the box from behind the 18-yard line.
The Gunners have played against teams that defended deep or with an extra player, so they have had to work hard to find ways to get through these tough defenses every game. It starts on the practice field, but it moves to the field before the game starts.
The Arsenal team worked on these kinds of goals before their game against Wolves. It was seen that Gabriel Jesus went in on Karl Hein after a cross came in at the back post.
Before the game started, a number of moves were tried out. But it was the early cross that seems to be showing up more and more this season.
Tomiyasu laughed while he played.
There is no question that the Japanese player has been in great shape for weeks or even months now. And having a great time. The October Arsenal Player of the Month winner has pushed Ben White out of the team.
Arsenal ripped apart a Wolves team that looked amazed by their opponent’s passing and movement. The defender, who is usually thought of as being more protective, was working much higher up the field. His game was more than just crosses and throws into the box, though. He also used some tricks.
Tomiyasu tried a spin and backheel as Arsenal broke down the right side. Even though it didn’t work and went out of play, the full-back’s big smile made the fans in the West Stand cheer, and they praised his try at a skill.
“Hold on!”
This season, Arsenal’s center backs have been a force to be reckoned with. Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba have become one of the best defensive teams in the league, if not the best. This is thanks to Mikel Arteta.
At the Emirates Stadium, though, clean sheets have not always been kept. Of course, when Martin Odegaard scored the game’s second goal, all eyes were on how quickly and effectively the home team was striking.
But Gabriel Magalhaes had only one thought in his mind when the players were ready to get back into place after the celebrations were over. His scream went ten to twenty yards to the right and was heard by William Saliba. This got the Frenchman’s notice.
Gabriel was making a sign with his arms pointing to the ground as Saliba turned around. That was a clear sign that the defender wanted to keep the scoreless and stay focused.
Even though Matheus Cunha’s late goal made things very tense, they couldn’t keep the clean sheet. Perhaps next time.
