Manchester City striker Erling Haaland sent out a title brutal warning message to Arsenal after scoring a Hat-trick vs Wolves
As Manchester City tries to beat Arsenal to the Premier League title, Erling Haaland has sent them a message.
City beat Wolves 5-1 at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday night in a Premier League game. In the win, Haaland scored four goals, two of which were penalty kicks and one of which was a hat-trick in the first half. He now has 25 goals in the Premier League and 36 goals in all games this season.
Another goal came from Julian Alvarez for City, who closed the gap to Arsenal at the top of the league table to just one point. When it comes to the title race, City still has a game in hand over Arsenal. That game is later this month against Tottenham Hotspur.
City still needs to win three more Premier League games this season to beat Arsenal and win the title. Pep Guardiola’s team is also excited about the FA Cup final later this month at Wembley Stadium, where they will play Manchester United.
In an interview after the game, Haaland talked about why he wants to keep hitting goals. In his answer, the City striker said it was important to focus on next weekend’s game against Fulham. He also sent Arsenal a message in the title race by saying, “We’re going to go for it.”
“I have a pretty good manager who pushes me, and look at the players around me,” he told Sky Sports. As I’ve said many times, it wouldn’t be possible without them.
“Every day I try to get better, but I’ve had some problems along the way.” But let’s not think about those things. Instead, let’s think about the good things and move on to the next one.
“We’re going all out for the last four finals of the season.” Don’t think about anything else; just think about Fulham.”
After their game against Fulham, City will play Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham in the Premier League. These games will decide if City wins the title for a fourth straight season.
