Manchester United
Manchester United is left feeling frustrated regarding the potential replacement of Marcus Rashford, as PSG clarify their stance.
Marcus Rashford’s future is uncertain as Manchester United evaluates their January transfer strategy.
The club is unable to obtain the necessary reinforcement for this month’s market due to a lack of budget. Consequently, they must sell players in order to do so. Following his four-match squad exile in December, Rashford may be among those who depart.
The assailant has also ambiguously acknowledged that he was prepared for the “next challenge.” Ruben Amorim, the head coach of United, interprets this as an indication that he is contemplating a new era.
However, this interpretation is uncertain.Rashford has already declined offers from Saudi Arabia this month and has disregarded the possibility of relocating to Turkey.
However, there is expected to be an increase in interest in the 27-year-old as the weeks approach the deadline. PSG establishes “cool” connections with Rashford ESPN reports that Paris Saint-Germain has disassociated itself from Rashford’s pursuit.
It is believed that the club is amenable to accepting new players in January; however, it is unlikely that they will make a mid-season bet on Rashford due to his salary. United will encounter an obstacle in offloading the 27-year-old in January due to his reported £350,000-per-week salary.
This is unless the club agrees to pay a significant portion of his salary through a loan agreement. However, this would result in United being in a worse financial position.
