Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho delivers a strong message to Manchester United and Marcus Rashord after FA Cup final win against Manchester City

The FA Cup win on Saturday made Marcus Rashford cry, and he soon got well wishes from a friend he hadn’t seen in a while.

Outcast at Manchester United After Manchester United beat Manchester City 2-1 in the FA Cup final on Saturday, Jadon Sancho was quick to praise Marcus Rashford.

Goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo in the first half were enough to give United a shocking win over the Premier League winners at Wembley Stadium. Rashford started the game.

Josko Gvardiol made a mistake that let Garnacho tap in the first goal for United. Rashford set up the second goal by switching the ball 70 yards to Garnacho, who cut it back for Bruno Fernandes to find Mainoo at the back post and slot it past Stefan Ortega.

Late in the second half, Jeremy Doku scored to make it 1–1, but it wasn’t enough to motivate Pep Guardiola’s team. United held on to win their 13th FA Cup.

After the celebrations, Rashford could be seen taking in the United fans’ support. He cheered for them as tears ran down his face. “People want to know what Man United means to me!” the forward wrote on Instagram after the game.

Who answered, “Love you brother”? Sancho had spent the second half of the season on loan at Borussia Dortmund after Erik ten Hag stopped using him.

Rashford has had a rough season and has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford because he hasn’t been scoring goals like he did last summer, when he was given a rich new five-year deal.

And in January, the player was disciplined internally at United after calling in sick to practice after an unapproved trip to Belfast. After the fact, Rashford responded to those who doubted his dedication to United, the team he has played for since he was seven years old.

Earlier this week, Rashford was left out of England’s preliminary team for the European Championships this summer.
