Names of the four (4) Manchester City player to miss the Community Shield match against Manchester United
When Manchester City and Manchester United play in the Community Shield, four of City’s best players will not be there.
As Pep Guardiola gets ready for the new season, five Manchester City stars will not play in the Community Shield.
Fans of Rodri, Phil Foden, Kyle Walker, and John Stones could choose not to play in the Community Shield because their seasons finished later than everyone else’s except Julian Alvarez. And all four of the European Championship winners took their boss up on his offer and will go back to Manchester next week after the game with United.
Since this is the first game of the season, Guardiola will be without five of his best players as they try to end their losing run. The club has, however, looked at the big picture ahead of a season that could be harder than any other.
“We do our best to make sure they get the best rest possible.” Guardiola said, “We’d like to give them more time, but we gave them a lot.”
“Everyone came back, and Rodri and the England players will come back next week.” Don’t think about the plan.
“Think about the next training session and take things one step at a time. If you don’t, it will be ‘Oh my god, what is going to happen?'” “Next game, try to be smart enough to train for the right amount of time and keep your mind fresh.”
Alvarez is still not with the team because he is using his vacation to finalize a deal to move to Atletico. Also, eight players have only started training again this week. Before the team goes down on Friday, Kevin De Bruyne, Jeremy Doku, Ruben Dias, Nathan Ake, Bernardo Silva, Matheus Nunes, Manu Akanji, and new player Savinho hadn’t had many chances to train to get in shape.
