Names revealed of the three (3) Leicester City players to miss the match clash against Hull City today

Leicester City Injury Update Ahead of Hull Trip

Leicester City are facing fresh injury concerns before their visit to the MKM Stadium, with attacking midfielder Bobby De Cordova-Reid a major doubt. The 31-year-old picked up a hamstring issue during Saturday’s 1–1 draw with Portsmouth. Despite the discomfort, he stayed on the pitch until full-time as no substitutions remained.

De Cordova-Reid hadn’t returned to training by the end of last week, so if he makes the matchday squad against Hull on Tuesday night, it’s likely he’ll start on the bench rather than in the starting lineup.

Meanwhile, Harry Souttar remains sidelined as he continues his recovery from the Achilles injury he suffered last December. Should both De Cordova-Reid and Stephy Mavididi be unavailable, Leicester will have a gap to fill in their travelling squad.

Ben Nelson and Victor Kristiansen, who have missed out on the last couple of matchday selections, could be recalled to provide depth.

If manager Marti Cifuentes prefers to bring in an attacking option, he may look to the club’s Under-21 squad. Promising forward Jake Evans, 17, has impressed recently with five goals in his last five appearances, while Louis Page, who featured three times for the senior side in August, is another possible inclusion.

However, both youngsters are due to be in action for the Under-21s on Tuesday evening when they face Robbie Savage’s Forest Green in the National League Cup, which could affect their availability.
