Newcastle United has already received approval for the 2025 transfer of a “great addition” following a new proposal.

Eddie Howe has responded to the rumor that Newcastle United’s Miguel Almiron may depart this month. After the previous two transfer windows failed to materialize, Almiron is now available to depart Newcastle.

Almiron had an agreement to transfer to the Saudi Pro League in January of last year; however, he declined the offer before Charlotte FC, an MLS team, acquired him in the summer.

However, the United States organization has rekindled their interest in 2025, despite the fact that the financial aspects of the agreement were not favorable to the player or the clubs. It is believed that Newcastle has already received a £5 million proposal from an unnamed Brazilian club.

However, the player has expressed a preference for either remaining in Europe or returning to the MLS.In a recent interview with Sky Sports, Charlotte coach Christian Fuchs disclosed the club’s enthusiasm for Almiron.

The former Leicester City full-back acknowledged that Almiron would be a “great addition” despite the fact that an agreement has not yet been reached. “He is an exceptional player; however, I am reluctant to discuss him at this time because he has not yet signed,” stated Fuchs.

“There are often numerous names associated with Charlotte FC, and I am confident that Almiron will be a valuable asset to our team once he is signed. I am eagerly anticipating his arrival and playing for us.”
