McGregor has responded to the comments with a nonchalant demeanor, stating that he and the team are solely focused on internal matters related to Celtic, as cited by the Clyde 1 Superscoreboard on X.

When prompted about the subject, he replied, “To be frank, no.” We have not discussed it; rather, we have examined it. We have our own unique set of challenges and issues that we must continue to address in order to improve as a club and as a team of players.

“We are preoccupied with the pursuit of the highest standards for one another, and the outcome will be as it is.” We are endeavoring to exert control over all of the variables within our control and to encourage and demand as much as possible from the participants. “I am confident that everything will be resolved by the commencement of the season.”

Celtic is exclusively concentrating on matters that are within their capability to manage.

Celtic’s dressing room will not be particularly concerned with the opinions of others; there are far more pressing matters to attend to, such as their upcoming match against Kilmarnock on Sunday.

Brendan Rodgers’ team has had an exceptional preseason, culminating in three consecutive victories against DC United, Manchester City, and Chelsea, during which they scored 12 goals. This achievement is despite the fact that they have yet to acquire an outfield player.

It is our hope that this will be reflected in the competitive environment. The Bhoys will need to perform at their highest level in order to secure three points, as Derek McInnes has assembled a resilient team.

It is conceivable that McGregor and his colleagues will concentrate on this as they begin their pursuit of additional silverware.
