Portugal and Al Nassr striker Cristiano Ronaldo delivers a shocking statement after breaking another record of becoming the first player to score 900 goals
Cristiano Ronaldo, a great player for Al Nassr and Portugal, wants to break yet another record in his career.
Records keep being broken by one of the best football players of all time. As the top scorer for Al Nassr, Cristiano Ronaldo recently scored his 900th professional goal. This made him even more determined to set a new career milestone, which he has now promised to do. There is no stopping CR7 in his quest for greatness. He plans to keep setting records as long as his career lasts.
In a new video on his UR Cristiano YouTube account, the Portugal star talked about how happy he was to have scored 900 goals. He also said that he would score 1,000 goals, which would be an amazing accomplishment.
“The most important thing to me is to reach 1000 goals.” That is what I want. “After I score 900 goals, my goal is to score 1000 goals,” the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star said.
The Portuguese forward is still very useful even though he is getting close to 40 years old. His great body and desire to win are without a doubt what will help him reach his next goals and keep breaking records.
900 goals for Ronaldo
The first game of the UEFA Nations League was between Portugal and Croatia. Croatia is always tough, but Portugal won. During the game, their star player, Cristiano Ronaldo, got the 900th goal of his professional career. This number includes goals for both his club team and his country.
Ronaldo started out as a professional football player in Portugal, where he played for Sporting Lisbon. Manchester United quickly saw how talented he was and signed him. He quickly became a fan favorite there and scored 145 goals in the red shirt.
As you might expect, his dream job in sports was at Real Madrid. Ronaldo was at the top of his game when he played with great players and was taught by great managers. He scored 450 goals during his time at Real Madrid and helped them win several Champions Leagues.
CR7 got 100 goals during his time with Juventus after his time at the Bernabeu. He then moved to the Arabian League. The forward has now scored 67 goals while playing for Al Nassr. In addition, Ronaldo has scored 131 goals for his country since his start, which is an undeniable record.
What will happen next with CR7 and the Portugal national team?
In the first game of the UEFA Nations League, they beat Croatia 2-1, with CR7 scoring his 900th goal. Roberto Martinez’s team is currently in first place in Group A1.
On Sunday, September 8, the Portuguese team will play their second game, this time at home. They will play Scotland this time. Scotland lost their first game at home against Poland.
After the two international games, Cristiano Ronaldo will go back to Saudi Arabia to play for Al Nassr again and keep trying to win the Saudi Pro League title.
