Rangers name massive price tag for Nico Raskin as two Serie A clubs prepare for a January bidding

Rangers slap huge price tag on Nico Raskin as Serie A interest heats up 🔥

Rangers midfielder Nico Raskin is once again at the centre of major transfer talk, with reports confirming serious Serie A interest ahead of the January window.

Two Italian clubs are believed to be weighing up bids for the 24-year-old Belgian, who continues to attract attention from across Europe’s top leagues. The latest rumours come after a summer packed with speculation linking Raskin to Premier League sides Tottenham, Wolves, West Ham, Burnley, and Crystal Palace.

Despite heavy interest, Rangers stood firm during the summer, with former boss Russell Martin adamant about keeping him. New manager Danny Röhl has also been full of praise, calling Raskin a vital part of his long-term plans at Ibrox.

However, sources close to the club claim that a bid of around £18–20 million (€20–23m / $23–26m) could tempt Rangers into selling this January. Raskin is under contract until 2027, and with a sell-on clause owed to Standard Liège, the club know his value is only rising — especially after another standout display for Belgium during the international break.

Raskin’s ambition to play at a higher level has been clear for months. His early-season absence under Martin — due to doubts about his commitment — only fuelled speculation about his future.

Now, while Tottenham and Wolves continue to monitor from England, a move to Italy looks far more advanced. Back in the Rangers squad and even scoring at the weekend with a brilliant header, Raskin is once again proving his worth.

With January fast approaching, Rangers must decide: cash in and rebuild — or hold tight and risk unsettling one of their top assets.
