REVEALED: Manchester United has compiled a list of players from their academy who are going to be sold in order to improve their compliance with PSR

According to the Manchester Evening News, Manchester United is prepared to sell a number of academy players in order to better its compliance with the Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).

United has created a list of players who are older than 18 years old and has made offers to other clubs to acquire their services.

Due to the fact that United paid a significant amount of money to get the young players, “those clubs have been surprised” by the players that were presented to them.

There are sell-on clauses contained in the deals, according to MEN, and the Manchester outfit is reportedly willing to sell some of them for free and others for a nominal sum.

According to reports, the families of the players who were affected by this decision are taken aback by it because they were not consulted prior to the decision being made. However, Manchester United has denied that this was the case.

reported by MEN United maintains that they have the ability to reject any transfers that involve such players, despite the fact that they think the club is within their rights to sell those players.

They also want to recoup costs by selling players who they believe will not be talented enough to play for the first squad. This is another strategy that they will use.

This decision is reportedly the most recent example of the club’s ongoing efforts to reduce expenses across the board, as has been speculation.

Although it has been stated that United are prepared to sell a number of youth players, the club has also demonstrated that they intend to keep the most talented players at the club.

The talented center back Jayden Ngwashi, who had garnered interest from some of the most prestigious teams in Europe, has signed a contract with United that will last for four years.

In the meantime, the Manchester club is getting ready to sign Godwill Kukonki, a promising center back, to his first professional deal.

The club has demonstrated its dedication to investing in the youth program by acquiring Chido Obi from rivals Arsenal, Sekou Kone, and most recently Diego Leon. Each of these players came from different teams.

Despite the fact that United Sports Club is prepared to part ways with a number of young players, they are equally dedicated to enhancing the academy.
