In Champions League history, Robert Lewandowski joins Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi as the only players to have scored 100 or more goals.
However, Erling Haaland has increased his goal total to 46 at the age of 24 on Tuesday, surpassing all others.
Nevertheless, Manchester City’s winless stretch endured for six matches as a result of a 3-3 draw with Feyenoord, despite Haaland’s brace not being sufficient.
Barcelona’s 3-0 victory over Brest, which was previously unbeaten, was initiated by Lewandowski’s early penalty shot. This victory propelled Barcelona into second place in the new single-league format.
In the second half stoppage time, the Poland striker scored his 101st goal. Ronaldo is the all-time scoring leader with 140 goals, while Messi is the second-highest scorer with 129.
Ronaldo and Messi, however, are no longer participating in the Champions League due to their relocations to Saudi Arabia and the United States, respectively.

“It is a commendable figure,” Lewandowski stated. “In the past, I was under the impression that it was impossible for me to score more than 100 goals in the Champions League.”
I am in excellent company with Messi and Cristiano. Lewandowski, who is 36 years old, needed 125 matches to reach the century mark, which is two more than Messi (123) and 12 fewer than Ronaldo (137). Dani Olmo also scored for Barcelona in the second half.
The top eight finishers in the standings will advance directly to the round of 16 in March. The bottom 12 teams are eliminated, while the teams ranked ninth to 24th advance to an elimination playoffs round in February.
