Jadon Sancho’s refusal to apologize to Erik ten Hag earlier this season has been clarified by Benni McCarthy, the first-team coach at Manchester United.
After witnessing his disagreement with the Dutchman play out in public, Sancho was sent out on loan to Borussia Dortmund during the transfer window’s January session. Following the failure of the English winger to express regret for a social media message that was intended at Ten Hag, the United manager decided to permanently remove him from the team.

As a consequence of this, the 24-year-old player joined the Premier League on three occasions as a substitute before being barred from participating in any matchday squads in the future.
