A lot of people were angry when Roy Keane called Man City star Erling Haaland a “League Two player” on Saturday. Keane has now replied.

There is a new fight between Roy Keane and Erling Haaland. The famous Manchester United player called the Manchester City star a “spoiled brat.” This comes after Haaland scored four goals in answer to Keane calling him a “League Two player.”

Keane said on Sky Sports, “We saw Erling Haaland get taken off yesterday. He wasn’t happy and was acting like a spoiled brat.”It’s almost forgotten, though, since Man City wins and he gets goals.

Before Keane’s comments, Haaland responded to the Old Trafford great after City beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 5-1 at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday night. Haaland scored four goals in a convincing win for Pep Guardiola’s team, who are still trying to win their fourth straight Premier League title.

Haaland told ViaPlay, “I don’t care about that man,” when they asked him what he thought about Keane. The Norwegian Haaland is now four goals ahead of Cole Palmer in the Golden Boot race. However, this season hasn’t always been easy for him.

He had a hard time against Arsenal, another team in the running for the title, at the end of March, which made Keane angry. “The level of his play in general is so low,” he said.

“That needs to get better. He looks a lot like a League Two player. His game needs to get better all around, and it will in the next few years. He’s a great scorer, but he needs to get better at everything else.

After City and Arsenal played to a scoreless draw, Pep Guardiola said, “I do not agree with him.” I told you, “I don’t think so. He’s a manager for the second or third league.” Erling is not the reason we don’t make many chances; he’s the best scorer in the world and helped us win my league title last year. We really stepped up our game against Arsenal.

“I looked it over again. We just missed more people in the last third, maybe because of the quality and range of skills we have.” I find it strange that the criticism is coming from past players. What they say makes sense to me because I’ve never been on the field.”
