The main cause explained why Amad was not allowed to play for Manchester United vs. Tottenham (0-3) match
On Sunday, Manchester United plays Tottenham in the Premier League. Erik ten Hag talked before the game.
Because Erik ten Hag wants to change things up, Amad has been put on the Manchester United bench against Tottenham.
United tied FC Twente 1-1 in the Europa League last week. They need to play better against Tottenham, who have had a rough start to the season.
Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou is under more and more pressure, so Ten Hag has made three changes to his team to play Spurs. Matthijs de Ligt, Kobbie Mainoo, and Alejandro Garnacho have all come back into the starting lineup to replace Harry Maguire, Christian Eriksen, and Amad.
Maguire isn’t even on the team because he got hurt in practice, but Ten Hag has put together a strong bench, so he will have plenty of choices during the game.
Ten Hag told MUTV that his changes were not put into place. “No, not enforced, but we pick a team from game to game, the best team to get as many points as possible,” he added.
“They play with a high line and have a lot of speed at the back, so we need to get in behind them. The attacking line also needs to be fast.”
There are a lot of parts that Kobbie Mainoo can play. He’ll be low when we’re defense. When we’re attacking, he’ll move forward.
“We need to make chances, and we can’t forget the first part.” We need to keep making chances, and some of our players are good enough to finish, kill, and score.
