The main cause why Pep Guardiola was furious extremely with 28-year-old midfeilder Jack Grealish during the Man City 4-1 Ipswich match

News about Manchester City: Jack Grealish agitated Pep Guardiola during the Premier League victory over Ipswich Town. First game of the season for the winger.

Before Jack Grealish entered the second half against Ipswich Town on Saturday, Pep Guardiola was irate with him. Having fallen behind in the lineup last weekend against Chelsea, the winger sat on the bench so he was not eager to go on the field fast.

Although Gael Grealish had a decent preseason, he was injured and cannot play the Community Shield. The 28-year-old was not used at Stamford Bridge once he recovered to replace him.

Though he began on the left, Savinho performed well on the right last week; Grealish had to make an impact from the bench when Ipswich arrived at the Ethedon Stadium. Knowing it would be difficult going to Manchester, Liverpool overcame Kieran McKenna’s team 2-0 in their first game back in the Premier League.

After just seven minutes, Sammie Szmodics gave City an early fright; but, a quickfire goal brought things back under control. An Erling Haaland double first led them. Kevin De Bruyne then registered a third. Just before the finish of play, Haaland registered his third goal of the game, therefore securing City’s victory.

Grealish got twenty minutes from the bench in place of Savinho, and Guardiola also brought on Ilkay Gundogan for his first game back following a hiatus. Though, there was problems when Grealish arrived.

Turning to face him and pointing toward the pitch, Guardiola informed the former Aston Villa player he disliked him as he was getting ready to play as if to urge him to rush on. Moreover, Grealish’s yellow card for diving in extra time won’t have helped to calm Guardiola’s initial wrath.

Grealish started 23 league games two years ago, so he has plenty to demonstrate once more. He only participated in ten league games in previous season. His country despises him as well; the forward is not performing as expected or being healthy enough.

Grealish will like to win this game and satisfy his boss as there is just one game left before the next international break. City visits West Ham Saturday next-week.
