Angry Arsenal supporters have taken to social media to express their displeasure following the team’s humiliating loss to Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
Arsenal’s aspirations of winning the top championship in European club football for the first time were dashed on Wednesday night when they suffered a humiliating defeat in Germany by a score of 1-0.
A 3-2 aggregate victory for the Bundesliga team was secured by Joshua Kimmich, who scored the lone goal in the second leg of the quarterfinal for the Bundesliga team.
During the second half, Gabriel Martinelli was unable to keep track of Kimmich, which resulted in the Germany international being able to score a straightforward header from within the penalty area.
