Manchester United
The ratings of Manchester United players, including Rasmus Hojlund, are favourable; however, one player receives a 3/10 rating in comparison to Bodo/Glimt.
On Thursday, Manchester United secured Ruben Amorim’s inaugural victory at the club by defeating Bodo/Glimt 3-2 in the Europa League.
Rasmus Hojlund’s excellent work resulted in Alejandro Garnacho’s goal, which broke the deadlock less than one minute into the contest.
United was unable to establish a lead in the second consecutive game, as Bodo/Glimt equalised through Hakon Evjen before gaining the lead through Philip Zinckernagel.
Hojlund scored late in the first half to bring United back to parity, and he added his second goal of the game after 50 minutes to make the tally 3-2. The players’ evaluations at Old Trafford are as follows:
Andre Onana Despite being soundly defeated by Hakon Evjen, Philip Zinckernagel’s ball passed through his legs. He flirted with disaster outside of his area, but he scrambled the ball away.
Six Noussair Mazraoui Rasmus Hojlund equalised after a superb cross to conclude an uncharacteristically tense half. In the second half, seamlessly transitioned from a centre back to a right back.
7 Matthias de Ligt In another cumbersome performance, Tyrell Malacia was outsprinted, and the threat was not anticipated. His position should not be guaranteed on this side.
Four Lisandro Martinez On his return from a back injury, Bodo went on a walkabout to score his second goal. Before his withdrawal, executed a superb pass that resulted in Mason Mount’s sighting.
Six Antony He was inserted into the squad as a right wing back, but he failed to impress, despite having trained in that position the previous week. Produced significantly prior to the scheduled time.
Four Manuel Ugarte Bruno Fernandes, a fellow Sporting alumni, served as an alternative companion, and the equilibrium was not quite right. Nevertheless, it was commendable to render assistance to Rasmus Hojlund.
Six Bruno Fernandes Transferred to a more in-depth position, where he has previously demonstrated exceptional performance, but was unable to replicate that level of success. The evening was not particularly productive.
Five Tyrell Malacia In the ultimate endurance challenge, Bodo was outpaced for his second goal. Crosses that were overcooked were required to be removed at halftime.
He did. 3 Mason Mount On his first start in 96 days, he was occupied off the ball and struck the crossbar early in the second half. A boisterous chest-bump was received from Amorim upon his exit.
Six Alejandro Garnacho After 48 seconds, he was able to tap into an open net and assist Fernandes and Mount in generating some promising opportunities.
He failed to capitalise on more advantageous opportunities. Six Rasmus Hojlund His pressuring enabled him to score the initial goal, and he then executed a skilful finish to equalise just before halftime.
exhibited predatory instincts in order to secure a lead for United. 8 Replacements Diogo Dalot An energetic second half.
