1. Zach Sieler, Miami Dolphins
A rare force in the middle of the defence who has made 55+ stops and 10 sacks in the last two seasons.

Even though he didn’t make the Pro Bowl, a PFF expert called him a “foundational piece of Miami’s defence.”

2. Denver Broncos’ John Franklin Myers
He’s not your normal DT—he weighs only 289 pounds—but he uses that to his advantage. In 2024, he had a career-high 7 sacks and a 14.4% pressure rate.

Reddit users compare him to JJ Watt because of how versatile he is and how hard he works.

Known for stopping the run, and in 2023 they added 7.5 sacks.

People inside the league have called him “a better DT than most.”

A reliable veteran who is often overlooked by bigger names.

7. Osa Odighizuwa, Dallas Cowboys

A huge piece of growth that is becoming more important.

9. Seattle Seahawks safety Byron Murphy II
Having trouble with injuries in Year 1, but showed great pass-rushing ability (91.5 PFF rush grade in college)

Still not getting much attention in Seattle’s rotation.

As a top-5 interior defensive tackler going into 2024, even though his statistics have dropped a bit.

A constant troublemaker who doesn’t get much attention.
